Return and Refund Policy

REPLACEMENT POLICY Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:
  • The customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to the customer.
  • Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered in defective condition or has a physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product
  • Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our website support team. The request will, however, be entertained once a GoYenki team member has checked and determined the same at our end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by GoYenki.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the courier boy arranged by us.
  • A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
    • Customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product
    • Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
    • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
Please see that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement. PROCESS FOR REPLACEMENT:
  • If your product is within the replacement window, please raise the request in “My Order” section or send us an email to care@goyenki.com requesting approval. The support team will respond to the request within 48 hours.
  • Please ensure that the product is returned to our warehouse with all the accessories and original packaging.
  • Please make sure when you are returning the product, you pack it properly. GoYenki will not be liable if the product is damaged in transit during return.
  • Once the product is returned and received by the warehouse, the warehouse team will check and ensure that everything is correct.
  • Once everything is verified, your replacement will be processed.
  • We usually process all replacements within 48hrs of the warehouse receiving your product return.
REFUND POLICY
  • Under no circumstances, refund will be processed if the product is found to be damaged by the consumer.
  • Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colours or sound quality.
  • The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing items need to be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • You can cancel your order before the item has been dispatched and amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
